Dear Health Care Provider,

My name is Dr. Jordan Gelowitz, a University of Manitoba graduate and currently work out of WELL Health Medical Centre — Regent. Alongside my family practice panel, I provide women's health care including menopause, IUD insertion, breastfeeding counselling, endometriosis, recurrent UTIs, HIV PrEP, osteoporosis and cervical screening, basic infertility, medical abortion care and post-TA counselling.

Note: I provide prenatal care up to approximately 36 weeks but do not attend deliveries or have labor floor coverage. Thank you for your referral.
