Born and grew up in Saskatoon. I earned a bachelor's degree in toxicology at the University of Saskatchewan, then moved to Winnipeg for medical school at the University of Manitoba.

I matched to my top program choice of Family Medicine Urban Winnipeg on my 29th birthday. Then completed my residency training at Kildonan Medical Centre.

During my final residency placement at WELL Health Medical Centre — Pembina. I felt drawn to the atmosphere at WELL Health, taking a position at Regent Clinic inside the Transcona Superstore.

Outside the office, I've explored many facets of the city, including the Winnipeg Art Gallery, The Forks, Deer Meadows and Rumors Comedy Club. My parents moved to Winnipeg and love discovering the city's culture and adventures with me. I also enjoy regularly painting ceramics at Crock-A-Doodle — I've painted over 120 pieces to date.
